Where to send your print book to fulfil Legal Deposit – Australian libraries

This information will come in handy for Australian authors upon publication of your book.

As discussed in Chapter 24 of Look – It’s Your Book!, within one month of receiving print copies of your newly released title, you need to deposit copies of your book with relevant libraries to comply with the Australian Copyright Act 1968 (Legal Deposit).

Here are the addresses you may need.

Begin with the National Library of Australia at this address:
